1 Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the dtv99 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By using the dtv99 website, app, or any other service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and any such accounts will be closed. dtv99 also reserves the right to take action where multiple accounts are opened from the same household or the same device within a household.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. dtv99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account registered with incorrect or misleading information.

2.4 Verification

dtv99 may verify identity at any time. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in a temporary suspension of service. This process is maintained for the protection of members.

3 Account Use & Security

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify dtv99 support immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Accounts, balances, or bonuses may not be sold, transferred, or handed over to any third party. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on any account, dtv99 may temporarily suspend the account for investigation. Withdrawals may be delayed during this time.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are currently accepted on dtv99:

• Nagad — the mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking solution.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. This limit is the same for each payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if account verification is pending or further investigation is required, it may take a little longer.

4.4 Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions

• The account used to deposit and the destination account for withdrawal must be in the same name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• dtv99 reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dtv99 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the original deposited amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified time after the bonus is credited.
• Bonuses are not transferable to other members.
• dtv99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• dtv99's decision is final regarding the fulfillment of bonus terms.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

dtv99 has four VIP tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

dtv99 reserves the right to accept, modify, or refuse any bet. A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be changed.

6.2 Technical Errors

dtv99 reserves the right to review and correct any transaction or result caused by a technical issue or system failure. In such situations, the outcome of a bet may be declared void.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, the rules of the relevant event will apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of the related bet will follow dtv99's defined policy.

6.4 Game Results

All game results are determined through a verifiable random number generator (RNG) or a reliable live dealer system. If you notice any error in a result, please contact dtv99 support.

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Fraud, deception, or illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Betting using funds from a third party.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate betting.
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Harassment of or offensive behavior toward other members.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the dtv99 platform — logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and other elements — is the intellectual property of dtv99 or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, or using these for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

dtv99 is committed to ensuring the highest quality of service. However, dtv99 is not liable in the following situations:

• Internet disconnection or network issues.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by a member's own negligence.
• Unavoidable natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

dtv99 is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss suffered by a member as a result of using the dtv99 service.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Members' information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared where required to meet legal obligations or prevent fraud.

11 Responsible Gaming
